Hibiscus, Camellia

Two preset boardrooms styled with classic executive board table and comfortable chairs and natural light. These rooms are perfect for those content-heavy meetings or working lunches for up to12 participants.

Orchid, Gardenia

Ideal for smaller gatherings, these rooms can each accommodate up to 60 attendees. Host a strategy session in a U-shape or Hollow Square set up, or perhaps a lecture to 50, theater style. Additional flexibility in these rooms is provided by the air wall divider that splits the spaces into two equal halves.

Hydrangea

Another great room for smaller programs, a convenient office space or even an intimate reception featuring a private attached outdoor patio. Inside the room, up to 50 attendees can by seated in a theater style set up and the patio can accommodate at least that many in rounds of 10.

La Coquina

An elegant setting for meals, receptions or smaller meetings with a convenient location just off the guest room elevator bank. The floor to ceiling windows flood the room with natural light and provide a relaxing backdrop with great views of our lakes and gardens.

Regency Hall

Our 16,600-square-foot exhibit hall has recently received a multimillion dollar upgrade to allow for greater flexibility and increased functionality for your attendees.

 

Our carpeted exhibit area with a conveniently accessible load-in door can also be divided into nine separate breakout rooms – each capable of accommodating up to 70 guests in a classroom setting or 160 in a theater setting. These breakout rooms may be combined to accommodate larger meetings or a variety of configurations for your meals, receptions or team building activities. When used as one room, this expansive space can hold up to 84 8x10 exhibit booths, over 1,700 for a cocktail reception or 1,000 for a seated banquet.

Grand Cypress Ballroom

Our elegant ballroom is designed to serve as an impressive backdrop for your most important functions. Boasting 16 - 18 foot ceilings and almost 25,000 square feet, this magnificent space is divisible into as many as 20 different function areas and accommodates any setup you require. Host a company-wide presentation for 2,750 in a theater setup, or an interactive presentation to 1,200 classroom-style. The adjoining pre-function area and Portico are ideal for pre-meeting continental breakfast or for conference registration tables. Teleconferencing capabilities are available in this ballroom, for added convenience.

 

Take advantage of this extraordinary space and hold the ultimate grand finale banquet, complete with live entertainment and dance floor. This ballroom accommodates 1,700 for a sit-down dinner, while the pre-function area works perfectly for cocktails and hors d'oeuvres beforehand. You may also choose to set up the Portico area to seat up to 450 for lunch breaks, while utilizing the ballroom for ongoing meetings.

Palm, Poinciana, Magnolia

Located near the Grand Cypress Ballroom, each of these rooms can serve as overflow from the ballroom, or as its own meeting space. All three can also be used singly or divided into separate areas to fit your needs. Present a new idea to a gathering of 50 in a U-shape, or a lecture from a VIP to a theater-style setup for 285. These rooms are ideally situated to use for breakout sessions and coffee breaks from the ballroom.

Jacaranda

This private room is optimal for more intimate gatherings or smaller meetings. Gather together department heads for a planning session in a boardroom set up for 16 or host a casual luncheon for 20. You may also choose to use Jacaranda as your "headquarters" while managing your event functions in and around our resort-style hotel.

Atrium Rooms

Your VIP events, the five Atrium Rooms with an Outdoor Patio provide a secluded setting away from it all. Host a formal dinner with white-gloved butler service, or a confidential meeting in a private locale, each preset with sleek boardroom tables and leather chairs. These executive meeting spaces can seat up to 18 attendees.

Lakeside Conference Center

This country club like setting features just under 1,000 square feet of indoor space and a large outdoor private patio overlooking Lake Windsong. The lofty ceilings, fireplace and ample natural light are some of the other highlights of our Conference Center.

Cypress Pointe

Arrange a unique outdoor event at scenic Lake Windsong. Cypress Pointe features a 16' gazebo and accommodates 120 people with hotel seating or up to 150 people, should you decide to bring in special outdoor chairs.

Wilderness Area

Experience the Florida Swamps or a country western town in our Wilderness area. Featuring building facades, fire pit and dance floor, these unique spots are perfect for picnics, theme parties and special events. Ask your meeting manager for more details.

Poolside

For a casual meeting, gather poolside and experience the beauty of the surrounding lush greenery. Inspire creativity, get a breath of fresh air, or participate in an "exercise break" to revitalize your meeting attendees.

Grandview Terrace

The Terrace is a convenient location for a welcome reception or outdoor luncheon for up to 100 guests.   This centrally located venue is close to the front desk and guest room elevators and boasts wonderful views of Lake Windsong and our gardens.

Windsong Greens

Set amidst the stunning backdrop of our executive 9-hole golf course, this lawn area can host large group dinners for up to 800 attendees. The secluded feel of this lawn area provides an exclusive setting for your dinners, receptions or lunches and boasts dramatic sunsets in the evenings.
