Every wedding – no matter how large or small – involves many details to be looked after. To make planning your wedding or reception easier, we have compiled this list of items you may not have considered in the excitement of creating your special day. Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up
Most of our Orlando wedding sites can be set up to match your plans. We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to 12 guests per table.
Dance Floor and Risers
These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.
Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress can create a ceremony room, set in round or chapel style. Choose from any number of venues to find the one to suit your style.

Self and Valet Parking are available for your wedding guests based on availability.
Our pastry chef can design your perfect wedding cake. Choose from a variety of designs, styles and flavors. Our pastry chef is available during the tasting to discuss all of the details for your one-of-a-kind creation.
A custom reservations link will be provided by your Event Manager for all individual or group reservations. A contract block of rooms can be arranged for at least 10 sleeping rooms per night and courtesy blocks may also be available based on availability. Check-in time is 4:00 PM and Check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Outside food and beverage / wedding cake
No outside food and beverage of any type may be brought into the hotel by the customer or guests, with the exception of wedding cakes. The hotel charges a fee of $7.00 per guest plus tax and service charge for cutting and serving any cake from outside sources. Our wedding packages include a custom designed wedding cake. Our award-winning Pastry Chef is available to assist with your choices. Depending on your selected design and flavor, an additional charge may apply.
Alcohol beverage service
It is illegal in the State of Florida to serve alcohol to minors under the age of 21. It is also unlawful for adults to give alcohol to their minor children or guests. Proper identification such as a valid Driver's License with photo will be required as proof of age for alcoholic beverage service. Failure to provide identification will result in termination of service.
World of Hyatt
World of Hyatt points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding. Points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.
All food and beverage charges listed are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due ten business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.
A final number of guests is required ten business days prior to your wedding. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.
